As a tutor, you are an active member of the HELP community and are responsible for creating and sharing content that can be of great benefit to other members including colleagues and students from different institutions. You are also responsible for engaging in group activities, discussions and events, helping develop shared practice, contributing to the shared practice, responding to messages, sending invites, attending meetings etc.
